Aura Studio percussion instruments were created by Oscar, TEC and Award Winning GANG composer, Trils Folman and stand as the most advanced collection of assisted percussion instruments ever created. The library contains over 54 GB of all new material. Aura Studio's percussion instruments use a new advanced technique called Deepening Sampling ™, which allows you to create hyper-realistic percussion rhythms with a single keystroke. Groove sampling is a proprietary technique developed by 8Dio and is currently an anticipated available. There is no going back after that. Aura Studio's percussion instruments contain 72 different instruments and 3 microphone positions, all easily accessed from our built-in browser. The instruments cover a wide range of auxiliary percussion instruments (eg Conga, Bongi, Kaubella, Shakers, Maracas) to ethnic percussion instruments (eg Tambourines without plates, Timbales, Darbuka, Udu, Djembe, Dumbek, Kakhon). You also have complete drum kits with a large assortment of snares, kick drums, hi-hats and 11 cymbals. In addition, we have included some traditional orchestral instruments (eg Concert Bass Drum, Timpanys, 6 different Trumpet Bells, etc.) and many other instruments. Most of the instruments in the Aura Studio Percussion instruments were also recorded with two different types of hammers, sticks and brushes. So imagine playing the big Bass Drum of a Concert with brushes or Bongos with sticks - or perhaps you want to play a Dumback with brushes while making another part with brushed Tubular Bells. The ability to pick hammers really expands the usability of the library, especially in regards to the cinematic scoring - there is something wicked about the brushed timpanys. Aura Studio's percussion instruments also contain a large assortment of ensemble kits, so you can play large assortments of different instruments at the same time. We included 8 full drum kits in various styles (eg Pop, Rock, Funk), 2 Ethnic Kits, 8 Tone Kits and 7 Cinematic Ensemble Kits, including Deep Kits, Epic Kits, Shakers and Cymbal Kits, etc.
